CONDITIONING

In teams of 2 - 

For time:

Run 400m
20 Clean and jerks 70 / 45 kg
Run 400m
40 Synchro Burpee to touch
Run 400m
60 T2B
Run 400m
80 Synchro KB swings 24 / 16 kg
Run 400m
100 Wall balls 20 / 14 lbs

* Run together.  Share reps on the clean and jerk, T2B and Wall balls.  Burpees and KB swings to be done in sync.
