STRENGTH

EMOM for 12 mins of:

Min 1 - Rope climb x 1-2 reps
Min 2 - Strict Knees to elbows x 5-10 reps
Min 3 - DB Front rack walking lunges x 12 steps

CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 - 

AMRAP in 12 mins of:

15 / 10 Assault bike calories
Sled push 60 / 40 kg

* Sled must always be in motion.  Athlete on the bike bumps onto the sled, sled moves to rest and rest goes to assault bike.
