What's coming up...
Happy New Year everyone!! I hope 2017 was everything you hoped and that you move into 2018 motivated to be even better. There is nothing quite like a New Year to push the reset button and kick your ass back into gear. We have plenty going on in the next week as all our programs come back on deck for 2018, so there are plenty of opportunities for you to get the wheels in motion and shake off the Christmas-New Year hang over.
Our next CFTSV Boot camp begins next Monday 8th January. We have places available in both our morning and afternoon classes with training Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.30am and 5.30pm respectively. I have a brilliant blog post to put up later in the week from the one and only captain of Boot camp Jade Henry, who will give you an insight of what taking the CFTSV Boot camp challenge can do for you. Cost for CFTSV members is $250 and $295 for non-members.
A brand new Fundamentals course begins Monday 8th January with only a few places left. We have had a rush of interest in the first course of the year which is very exciting because it means we get to welcome some wonderful new people into our awesome community. Fundamentals classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7.00pm - 8.00pm for 2 weeks. If you know someone that isn't afraid of a little hard work and wants to be involved in a supportive community get them to email firstname.lastname@example.org to book their place.
CFTSV Fitness classes were the big success story of 2017 as people flocked to Baydo's sessions to get a tough, no nonsense, non stop 1 hour hit out. Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm and we also have a boxing session on Monday at 6pm if you are looking for something different again.
Our CrossFit Kids program will return the week of Monday 22nd January but before that kicks off we have our Teens, Pre-Teens and Kids camps to run from Monday 15th January to Friday 19th January. All classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the Kids class 8-9.30am, Pre-Teens 1-3pm and Teens 3-5pm. During that week we will also be running our second CFTSV Athlete Development Camp for Rugby League. These sessions will be Tuesday and Thursday 3-5pm and Saturday 7-9am.
