CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 - 

AMRAP in 25 mins of:

200 / 150 Bike or Row calories
200 Burpees

* Athletes can be working at the same time.  E.g. one athlete can accumulate calories while the other accumulates burpees.

100 Pull-ups
100 Back squats 70 / 45 kg
50 CTB pull-ups
50 Front squats 70 / 45 kg
25 Bar muscle-ups
25 OH squats 70 / 45 kg

* If teams complete the work here they go back to the Bike/Row and Burpees.
