4 rounds of:

Run 800m - rest 60 seconds
Run 400m - rest 3 mins

* Begin a new round at 10 mins regardless of remaining rest time.

EXTRAS

At the 40 mins - 

5 sets of:

10 Hollow rocks
10 V-ups
10 Pike sit-ups
15 sec L-sit

* rest 45 seconds after each round
