IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN FOLKS.. WHEN WE SEE THE BEST OF THE BEST GO HEAD TO HEAD... MATE AGAINST MATE .... STATE AGAINST STATE ..... GO QLD!!!


CONDITIONING

'Orgin 1 WOD'

In teams of 4 and accumulating calories for your State - 

AMRAP in 20 mins of:

Assault bike calories

12 Burpees
12 Box jumps with step downs
12 T2B

* Score today is total calories.  1 athlete will work on the bike while other 3 athletes move through in relay style on the burpees, box jumps and T2B.  When athlete 4 has completed the T2B they will move to the bike and everyone will bump on 1 movement.  Continue in this fashion for the duration.
