Some more Kelly training today before next week we test this awesome benchmark workout!

CONDITIONING

For time:

Run 800m

then

50 - 35 - 20 reps of:

Box jumps 24 / 20"
Wall balls 20 / 14 lbs

then

Run 800m

EXTRAS

At 25 mins -

3 sets each of:

20 MB sit up and throws
20 MB side pass / side
