CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 - 

Run 1200m ( in 200m relays )
77 Back squats 80 / 50 kg
Bike 150 calories ( in 25 cal relays )
66 Front squats 70 / 45 kg
Row 1800m ( in 300m relays )
55 OH squats 60 / 40 kg

* Each team will use 2 barbells.  While one person works the other person must hold the barbell on the back rack during back squats, in the front rack during the front squats and in the overhead position during the OH squats.
