AMRAP in 20 mins of:

Run 400m

1 Rope climb
10 Push-ups
Max Wall balls

* Partner 1 runs 400m while partner 2 works through rope climb, push-ups and wall balls.  When P1 gets back they will tag P2 and they will swap.  Score is total Wall balls..
