1 Power snatch + 3 OH squats

* Build each set

CONDITIONING

Every 2 mins for 5 sets:

1-5 HSPU
6-10 Alternating pistol squats
10-15 Pull-ups

* Choose reps to suit ability and complete each round as fast as possible.

EXTRAS

At 14 mins - 

3 rounds for time of:

20 second Knee tuck hold
5 Strict T2B
40 second Plank hold
