Saturday: Remembrance Day..

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS DEDICATED TO REMEMBERANCE DAY.. 

ON THE 11TH DAY OF THE 11TH MONTH IN 1918 SILENCE FELL ON THE WESTERN FRONT AFTER 4 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS WARFARE.  AN ARMISTICE WAS REACHED BETWEEN ALLIED FORCES AND GERMAN FORCES TO END WORLD WAR 1.

 

TODAY WE REMEMBER ALL THOSE THAT DIED OR SUFFERED IN ALL CONFLICTS..
