CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 -

AMRAP in 12 mins of:

Row 150 / 125m
5 Deadlifts 62.5 / 45 kg
5 Front squats 62.5 / 45 kg
5 STO 62.5 / 45 kg

* As soon as athlete 1 completes the rower, athlete 2 may begin their row.  Athlete 1 will move to the barbell with athlete 3 to begin their row once athlete 2 is complete.
