Today's WOD pays tribute to a very special day on the calendar - Remembrance Day. 

May we never forget what those that came before us sacrificed..

"We Shall Remember"

CONDITIONING

In teams of 3 - 

Row 1918m

11 rounds of:

11 Deadlifts 140 / 85 kg
11 Burpees over the bar

* One athlete must remain at rower while the other two athletes work through the couplet.  Work may be shared anyhow and rower can be substituted in and out at any stage until 1918m is complete.
