THIS SATURDAY, DUE TO THE RUNNING OF THE LEVEL 1 CROSSFIT COURSE, WE WILL BE RUNNING OUR WORKOUT OUTDOORS.  

PARK AND MEET AT THE BOX  AND WE WILL HEAD TO RIVERWAY FROM THERE!!


STRENGTH

Front squat 5 x 5 reps

CONDITIONING
