Wtd Strict pull-up 5-4-3-2-1

* Each set as heavy as possible.  Go over 2 mins.

CONDITIONING

Tabata mash up of:

Pull-up
Push-up
Squat 
Assault bike

* Complete 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest rotating through each movement.  Complete 8 full cycles with score for the day the lowest total of a cycle.
