STRENGTH

Every 90 seconds for 10 sets:

Sets 1-5 - 1 Pause OH squat + 1 Snatch balance + 1 High hang snatch
Sets 6-10 - Snatch x 1 rep

* Keep sets 1-5 light, fast and tidy.  Build slowly on sets 6-10.

CONDITIONING

Tabata mash up of:

Burpee to 6" touch
DB snatch 22.5 / 15 kg
