REMINDER TO ALL THAT THIS SATURDAY WE HAVE THE BATTLE OF ALL BATTLES TAKING PLACE..  CLASS AGAINST CLASS, MATE AGAINST MATE ... ALL LOYALTIES THROWN OUT THE WINDOW TO SEE WHO WILL REIGN SUPREME..

IT'S CLASS WARS AND SATURDAY 18TH IS THE DATE AND WE ARE KICKING PROCEEDINGS OFF AT 6.30AM.  THAT MEANS NO SATURDAY CLASSES THIS WEEKEND SO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR NAME ONTO A ROSTER TO TAKE PART IN ONE OF WORLD SPORTS GREATEST RIVALRIES!!


STRENGTH

CONDITIONING

AMRAP in 12 mins of:

12 Box jumps 24 / 20 "
12 Wall balls 20 / 14 lbs

At 17 mins - 

1-2-3-4-5 Laps of Sled push

* start heavy and take a plate off on each new set.
