THIS SATURDAY WE WILL BE RUNNING A 6AM CLASS ONLY DUE TO THE  CROSSFIT LEVEL ONE COURSE BEING CONDUCTED AT OUR FACILITY.. 

CONDITIONING

4 rounds for max reps:

On a 4 min clock -

Run 400m
12 Bar facing burpees
Max Power cleans 62.5 / 45 kg in the remainder of time

* Rest 2 mins after each round
