Saturday: "Back to the 80's"

WE ONLY HAVE THE 6AM CLASS FOR SATURDAY'S WORKOUT THIS WEEK..

AS PART OF JADE'S FUNDRAISING EFFORT FOR FIGHT FOR YOUR CAUSE WE ARE ASKING PEOPLE TO BRING ALONG A GOLD COIN DONATION BUT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT DRESS IN YOUR BEST 80'S KIT, BE PREPARED FOR A WARM UP YOU WILL NEVER FORGET AND THEN HANG AROUND FOR THE BREAKFAST JADE IS PUTTING ON TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SUPPORT YOU HAVE ALL SHOWN.

FOR THE RECORD JADE WILL MAKE HER DEBUT IN THE RING SATURDAY NIGHT AND WE WISH HER ALL THE BEST.  SHE HAS TRAINED LIKE A DEMON AND WE KNOW SHE WILL DO HERSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE PROUD.

CONDITIONING

In teams of 8 - 

4 rounds of:

800m equipment carry
100 / 80 Row calories
80 Burpees
80 Synchro KB swings 24 / 16 kg
80 Synchro Wall balls 20 / 14 lbs

* Carry KB's and Wall balls on 800m.  In the first round one pair will row, another pair will do Burpees, a third pair will do the synchro KB swings and the fourth pair will do the synchro Wall balls.  After all reps are complete, begin the second round and move to the next station.
