IT'S CHRISTMAS EVE AND THAT MEANS IT'S 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS TIME, YEOOOWW

COME IN FESTIVE DRESS AND MINGLE WITH THE MOST AWESOME COMMUNITY WE COULD EVER HOPE FOR!!

THE WAY THIS ONE GOES DOWN IS JUST LIKE THE SONG.. ON THE FIRST DAY OF CHRISTMAS MY CROSSFIT COACH GAVE TO ME 1 X 100M RUN, ON THE SECOND DAY OF CHRISTMAS MY CROSSFIT COACH GAVE TO ME 2 X D-BALL GROUND TO SHOULDERS AND 1 X 100M RUN ETC.ETC.

REMINDER CLASSES ARE 5AM, 6AM, 7AM AND 9.30AM

NO AFTERNOON CLASSES!!
