CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OUR TWINS COMPETITIORS OVER THE WEEKEND..

IT WAS A HUGE WEEKEND WITH A TICK UNDER 100 PAIRS REGISTERING FOR BOTH DAYS.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR MIXED INTERMEDIATE WINNERS JOEL AND STEPH, OUR MIXED ADVANCED WINNERS SHANE AND SHEREE, OUR MALE / MALE WINNERS SHANE AND SAM AND OUR FEMALE / FEMALE WINNERS WHERE WE HAD OUR VERY FIRST TIE WITH ASH AND KATE AND JESS AND COURT TAKING FIRST PLACE..


CONDITIONING

On a continuously running clock - 

0 - 6 mins: Run 800m then max Wall balls in remainder of time

10 - 15 mins: Run 600m then max KB siwngs in remainder of time

19 - 23 mins: Run 400m then max Hollow rocks in remainder of time

27 - 30 mins: Run 200m then max Burpees in remainder of time
