CONDITIONING

Run 600m

* 2 min cap where the 1 minute rounds begin.  Run under 2 mins start pull-ups early.  Run over 2 mins work remainder of minute.

then

3 rounds of:

1 min Pull-ups
1 min Deadlifts 90 / 65 kg
1 min Lateral burpees over the bar
1 min rest
