Every 2 mins for 7 sets:

Thruster x 3 reps

* Lift every 2 mins, build to a heavy set of 3 and lift from the ground.

CONDITIONING

On a 15 minute running clock - 

At 0:00 - Row 1 km
At 5:00 - 50 Burpees
At 9:00 - 40 Pull-ups
At 12:00 - 30 Box jumps with step downs
At 14:00 - AMRAP 1 min Thrusters 45 / 30 kg
