On a continuously running clock - 

3 rounds of:

0-2 mins Run 400m
2-3 mins Max Pull-ups
3-4 mins Max Box jump overs 24 / 20 "
4-5 mins Max MB squat cleans 20 / 14 lbs

EXTRAS

At 30 mins - 

5 rounds of:

In 60 seconds complete 6 Strict pull-ups then max V-ups in remainder

rest 1 min after each set
