In 10 mins build to a heavy 1 rep Front squat

then

Every 2 mins for 5 sets:

7 Front squats @ 65% of 1 rep

CONDITIONING

Alternating Tabata of:

Empty Barbell Back squat
Double unders

* Complete 20 seconds of Back squats, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds of Double unders, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds in total.
