CONDITIONING

Working in pairs - 

5 rounds each of:

Run 400m

7 Deadlifts 70 / 47.5 kg
7 Hang power cleans 70 / 47.5 kg
7 Push jerks 70 / 47.5 kg
Max Lateral burpees over the bar

* One partner runs 400m while other partner completes triplet followed by max lateral burpees over the bar.  When partner comes in off the run make a tag.
