CONDITIONING

In a team of 2 - 

AMRAP in 20 mins of:

2 Row calories or Bike calories
2 Burpees
2 T2B

* Alternate full rounds with your partner where if you row your partner must bike then you must swap on the next round.  Add 2 reps each round.

EXTRAS

AMRAP in 10 mins of:

Sled push

* Work in groups of 5-6 and rotate through.
