FITNESS

On a running clock and in groups of 4 - 

4 rounds each of:
Bike erg 600 / 500m
Sled push 30m return
200m run
* Next person leaves when person in front finishes Bike erg.

At 30 mins -

Min 1 - 50 Bicycles
Min 2 - 20 Hollow rocks
