STRENGTH

Every 3 mins for 7 sets:

Build to a heavy of the complex - 

1 Power clean + 1 Push jerk + 1 Front squat + 1 Hang squat clean + 1 Split jerk

CONDITIONING

For time:

50 / 40 Calorie ski erg (3 min cut off)
35 T2B or Knee tucks
20 Power cleans
* 9 min cap

FITNESS

Working with a partner - 

Row 700 or 575 or 450 Calories

* Every 2 mins alternate between -
1. 25 Box dips
2. 25 Box bridges
3. 25 Alternating box step ups
* Do movement 1 on the 0 mins (P2) and 2 mins (P1).
