EMOM for 10 mins:

3 Deadlifts

* Once again this is a skill piece where we will be using an empty barbell but our focus is position and movement awareness.  No excuses not to make this look pretty every set!!


Every 6 mins x 3 sets:

15 Thrusters
15 Pull-ups
15 Burpees

* Complete each set as fast as possible!
