16 Alternating Kettlebell Gorilla Rows

CONDITIONING

3 rounds, each round for time, of:
Run, 300 m
Rest 1 min
Run, 200 m
Rest 45 secs
Run, 100 m
Rest 3 mins between each round.

FITNESS

Every 3 mins for 30 mins do:
5 Ski Erg Calories
10 Row Calories
15 Bike Erg Calories
