12 Alt DB clean and jerk

* Alternate full rounds with your partner until 8 rounds each have been completed.

ACCESSORY

At 30 mins -

AMRAP in 7 mins of:

5 Strict T2B or Slow leg lowers
5 DB Turkish sit-ups / arm
30 second plank hold
