Monday: Run - Row Combo..

We are back to running a pretty full schedule with outdoor CrossFit sessions now available at 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, and 9am every morning.  We are still limited to 10 people per class and bookings are compulsory.  Don't panic if you are put onto a wait list.. just make sure you regularly check your email to see if you get bumped in or if we get to 5 people on the wait list we will look to add another class at that time slot.  If you are looking to re-activate your membership just flick Aimee an email at [email protected].  Another 2 weeks and we will be back in the gym so stay tuned for further updates : )
