SPECIAL MENTION TO THOSE THAT ARE STILL FRESH IN OUR RANKS THAT GOT INVOLVED AND HAD A GO AT COMPLETING 3 VERY CHALLENGING WORKOUTS WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS.
