10 KB swings
10 Box jumps
* Partners alternate every 5 mins between 'Jack' and max calories on the bike erg.

FITNESS

Every 5 mins for 6 rounds (or every 6 for 5):

6 x 10m Bear crawl returns (out and back = 2)
12 DB curl and press
18 / 14 Calorie row
24 Flares
30 Bicycles (2 for 1)
