30 Synchro burpees over the bar (2 working)
90 Deadlifts 
120 / 90 Machine calories
* Each team to have a rower and a bike and machine calories to be completed as an accumulated total across both machine. E.g. 70 on the rower and 50 on the bike erg.

FITNESS

With a partner -

75 (or 50) Wall balls
2 x 100m loops each (around the car park)
