Saturday 20/3/21 - Partner Push..

Just a reminder that we are only running a 5.30am and 6.30am CrossFit class and our regular 6am Fitness class this Saturday as we are hosting the Queensland section of the U20 / U23 National Weightlifting competition..  

We have Halle, Em and Aidan all competing in this part of the comp as well as a host of our other Thunder Barbell lifters competing in the open section of the competition.  Come and cheer the crew on with lifting beginning at 9am!
