Min 1 - Strict pull-up x 6-10 reps
Min 2 - Wall walk x 2-4 reps
Min 3 - Alt. Pistol squat x 10-12 reps
CONDITIONING
Tabata of:
Double unders
Echo Bike
Jumping pull-ups
Ski erg
* 8 intervals of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest at each station. Complete all 8 rounds before moving forward. Rest 1 full minute after all stations complete.
FITNESS
In circuit style -
3 rounds of:
1 min Battle ropes
1 min Assault bike
1 min Drag rope skips
1 min DB alternating lunges
* 2 mins rest
At 20 mins -
Every 4 mins x 3 sets:
20 DB floor press
20 Renegade rows (no push-up)
50 Side to sides
