Minute 5 - Run 200m
Minute 6 - 10-20 Push-ups

FITNESS

Every 3 mins for 10 sets - 

AMRAP in 2 mins:

20 Single leg v-ups
15 / 10 Echo bike calories
Max jumping lunges in remainder

* 1 min rest after each round

then at the 33 min mark

3 sets of:

1 min plank
30 Slow mountain climbers
30 Toe touches

* 1 min rest after each round
