7 Suitcase Deadlifts / arm
15 Supermans
1 min Wall sit

CONDITIONING

AMRAP ladder in 14 mins:

21 Double unders or Line hops
3 HSPU or 1 Wall walk
Run 100m

* Each round add 3 extra HSPU's or 1 Wall walk.  E.g round 2 do 6 HSPU or 2 Wall walks.
