Power snatch 7 x 5 reps

* Lift every 90 seconds and hold across for all sets.  Touch and go reps throughout.

CONDITIONING

EMOM for 16 mins of:

Odd minute - DB snatch 22.5 / 15 kg
Even minute - Wall balls

* Choose your reps but aim to hold for all sets.
