Every 4 mins for 5 sets:

1-5 Strict pull-ups
1-5 Kipping pull-ups
1-5 Kipping CTB pull-ups
10-20 Perfect Push-ups

CONDITIONING

3 rounds each for time:

75 Double unders
30 / 20 Calorie ski
20 Deadball lunges 45 / 25 kg

* rest 2 mins after each round
