CONDITIONING

Every 5 mins for 5 sets:

2 mins of cardio on any machine and at a moderate pace
Then in EMOM fashion at the 2 min mark
Min 3 - Strict pull-up x 3-10 reps
Min 4 - Strict HSPU x 3-10 reps
Min 5 - Hollow rock x 15 reps
