FITNESS

In EMOM style -

3 rounds of:

Min 1 - 10 KB floor press / arm
Min 2 - 15 Burpees
Min 3 - 20 KB swings
Min 4 - 30 Flares
Min 5 - 30 KB lateral hops (over and back = 1)
