STRENGTH

Back squat 5 x 2 reps

* Lift every 3 mins and build to a heavy 2 rep

CONDITIONING

Every 3 mins for 5 rounds:

10 / 7 Echo bike calories
10 DB OH walking lunges right arm 
10 HSPU or Hand release push-ups
10 DB OH walking lunges left arm
* HSPU must be unbroken. If you break a set finish remainder as HRPU.

FITNESS

With a partner - 

6 rounds for max distance on the Bike erg
* Every 6 mins including the 0 complete -
15 Knee tucks
15 MB slams
15 DB Thrusters
* Movements can be shared anyhow and performed at the same time. E.g. if P1 is doing the knee tucks P2 can be doing the slams or the thrusters.
