STRENGTH

Deadlift
5 x 5 reps
* Lift every 3 mins and build to a heavy 5 rep and reset on each rep.

CONDITIONING

1-10 of:
Push jerk 45/70kg
T2B or Knee as high as possible
* Time cap 10 mins

FITNESS

On a running clock and with a partner:
0-5 mins - Ski 1k
5-10 mins - 200 Squats
10-15 mins - Ski 1k
15-20 mins - 150 Jumping lunges
20-25 mins - Ski 1k
25-30 mins - 100 Hip extensions
30-35 mins - Ski 1k
35-40 mins - 50 Synchro Hollow rocks
