60 Double unders
40 / 30 Row calories
30 Alternating DB snatch
20 T2B
15 Deadlifts

* 7 min cap

Start a new round every 10 mins

FITNESS

In teams of 3 - 

4 Rounds each:
Run 250m
10 Burpees
*Next partner starts when the one in front comes in off the run

At 15 min mark - 
3 Rounds each:
20 on : 10 off Assault Bike

At 22 min mark -
3 Rounds each:
Run 250m
20 Flares
*Next partner starts when the one in front comes in off the run

At 35 min mark -
3 Rounds each:
20 on : 10 off Echo Bike
