Tuesday: Mash Up..

CROSSFIT

STRENGTH

Sumo Deadlift 5 x 3 reps

* Lift every 2 mins and build 

CONDITIONING

Tabata mash up of:

Echo Bike 
DB snatch
Box jump overs
Wall balls

* Work 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off and then move to next movement.  Complete for a total of 8 rounds and score lowest number on each movement.

FITNESS

Every 10 mins x 3 sets:

Run 400m
20 KB swings
Row 500m
20 Sit-ups
Run 400m

At 30 min mark

In partners lunge walk around the green with 1 partner always carrying the KB
