Back squat 7 x 2 reps

* Lift every 2 mins and build to a challenging 2 rep

CONDITIONING

Every 6 mins x 3 sets:

750m / 600m Bike erg (1.30 move on)
12 T2B or Knee tucks
9 DB Hang clean and jerk / arm
6 Burpee box jump overs

FITNESS

In pairs and alternating rounds - 

12 rounds: (6 each)
10 Shuttle runs
5 Bear Crawl shuttles (10m)
15 Sit Ups

At 25 min mark - 
As a class
10 min Sled Push
*Add weight every min

 At 35 min mark
Partner Knee Tag
*Ascending synchro burpees every tag
1,2,3,4.....
