STRENGTH

EMOM for 10 mins:

1 Hang power snatch + 1 Power snatch + 1 OH squat

* Use an empty barbell and focus on position and timing!!

CONDITIONING

Tabata mash up of:

Empty barbell Back squat
Push-up

* Alternate movements using the Tabata protocol of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for a total of 8 rounds of each.
